Angular ball joint

The ball joint on the drag links and tie rods transfers the force to the connecting components and compensates for movements in two dimensions. The safety and toughness of the joint play a huge role. Consequently, Lamforder joints are subject to a continuous optimization process in which even the latest technologies such as special housings or rubber components are used.

Reaction bar bus & truck

The reaction bars connect the axle longitudinally, transversely or diagonally to the chassis. Thanks to their design, LEMFÖRDER reaction bars always guarantee the proper guidance of the axle, helping to reduce tire wear.
In addition, LEMFÖRDER succeeded in reducing the weight of the reaction bars without neglecting safety which is the most important requirement for all components of the chassis.
V-LINKS

LEMFÖRDER V-links for commercial vehicles, trucks and buses – also known as wishbones or v-rods – are maintenance-free and robust. The new developed weight-reduced versions allow higher payloads for commercial vehicles. LEMFÖRDER wishbones for trucks and buses accomplish the absorption of longitudinal and lateral forces and, in conjunction with trailing arms and axle struts, take on all axis control tasks.
